  3. SMDC duly fill-out forms and submit requirements (2 Government issued ID’s with signature)

INDIVIDUAL BUYER

REQUIREMENTS DURING RESERVATION:

  • Accomplished Buyer’s Information Sheet (*)
  • Accomplished Client Registration Form (*)
  • Signed Reservation Agreement (*)
  • Reservation Fee (Payment slip or transaction slip)
  • Copy of passport or any 2 valid gov’t issued ID with signature specimen 

(*) For buyer/s based abroad, scanned copies of these forms are acceptable provided original documents will be submitted within 30 days.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS:

  • 3pcs. Recent 2×2 picture
  • Proof of TIN (TIN card or BIR Form 1904)
  • Original Consularized/Notarized Special Power of Attorney (for OFWs/buyers based abroad)

 

SEC CORPORATION /PARTNERSHIP

REQUIREMENTS DURING RESERVATION:

  • Accomplished Buyer’s Information Sheet (*)
  • Accomplished Client Registration Form (*)
  • Signed Reservation Agreement (*)
  • Reservation Fee (Payment slip or transaction slip)
  • Copy of passport or any 2 valid gov’t issued ID with signature specimen of Authorized Officer 

(*) For buyer/s based abroad, scanned copies of these forms are acceptable provided original documents will be submitted within 30 days.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS:

  • 3pcs. Recent 2×2 picture of Authorized Officer
  • Two (2) Certified true copies – SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Two (2) Certified true copies – Articles of Incorporation
  • Two (2) Certified true copies – By Laws
  • Proof of TIN (signed BIR Form 1903 or BIR Form 2303)
  • Two (2) Original copies of Notarized Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the purchase of the specified condo unit/parking slot; indicating the appointed Authorized Officer to sign all documents in behalf of the corporation;
  • Latest Community Tax Certificate of the corporation (Cedula)

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

If married, both spouses shall submit the following:

  • 2 Philippine-issued Valid ID with signature specimen
  • Birth Certificate (if single)/Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) (if single)
  • Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Certificate

PROOF OF INCOME REQUIREMENTS

  • Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Vouchers latest 6 months (for commission-based employee)
  • Job Contract (for OFW only, photocopy)

PROOF OF INCOME FOR SELF-EMPLOYED/ CORPORATION/ PARTNERSHIP

  • Business Permit
  • Latest 3 years ITR with
  • Financial Statement
    Bank Statements latest 1 year
